Amertate aims to decentralize energy generation, empowering individual energy consumers with greater freedom. The energy challenges on our planet, especially in the Nordic countries require urgent actions. To address these challenges their solution is a small-scale high torque Vertical Axis Wind Turbine (VAWT).
- Artemis (R2B)
They specialize in innovative solutions for recording and encoding high-quality Spatial Audio. Their unique approach ensures that their products are affordable and unmatched in quality. Their mission is to make high-quality audio technologies accessible to everyone.
- Colorific (R2B)
Colorific directly captures analytes from samples, producing observable color changes without pre-processing of the sample. The ability to analyze a wide range of samples, including colored ones, makes the technology suitable for rapid on-site point-of-care use.
- CuRen (R2B)
A revolutionary type of long-duration battery storage based on copper redox flow chemistry. Their batteries can provide over 12 hours of capacity and independently scale capacity and power which provides grid-scale and industrial users with greater flexibility in applications.
- Ekotekt
Ekotekt provides a digital platform integrated with 3D printing technology for creating molds for concrete casting, offering a sustainable, cost-effective construction solution. This innovation tackles the construction industry’s challenges, including high costs, manual labor dependence, material shortages, and significant environmental impacts, by streamlining production processes and reducing material use.
- Emma Systems
Innovative technology company dedicated to revolutionizing the aviation industry through advanced software solutions. Their mission is to transform the operational efficiency and data management capabilities of airports worldwide.
- iLu Space
A software solution that helps organizations know the climate risks, assess vulnerabilities in their assets and follow an adaptation plan to be resilient to extreme climate change events.
- Inga (R2B)
An intelligent and optimal approach to cervical ripening, enhancing the safety and effectiveness of labor induction. They are developing a groundbreaking catheter and sensor system that significantly increases safety, and the success rate of labor inductions.
- KehoSense
KehoSense combines a self-developed thermal sensor, medical algorithms, and software to safeguard individuals from the negative effects of outdoor and indoor temperature exposure. Many people face daily health hazards from temperature fluctuations and temperature exposure in the workplace. They aim to curb these risks, reducing occupational diseases and ensuring everyone’s well-being.
- Natalmind (R2B)
A digital coaching solution for calmer pregnancy and better birth. They are developing a mobile phone application with a virtual doula, midwife, and a psychotherapist.
- NinjaLABO
They provide AI model compression & lightweight runtime via their TinyML as-a-Service platform. The problem NinjaLABO’s innovation solves is enabling Edge AI on devices (e.g. Satellite Edge AI, Maritime, Medical equipment).
- Otos (R2B)
An automated system combining audiometry with digital otoscopy and digital care pathways. It collects patient data and automatically transmits it to healthcare professionals for the diagnosis of hearing loss.
- OWL (R2B)
Radically new wireless charging technology that is able to achieve simple, robust, and efficient charging with fully free positioning capabilities. Their solution provides an effective charging method for multiple devices without any need for complex control methods or special materials, offering significant benefits of saving production and operational costs.
- PCMI (R2B)
A temperature self-regulating insulation, made from bio-based materials. Their material is made from bio-originating materials, is bio-degradable and offers unique thermal properties such as thermal self-regulation.
- Smartbubbles (R2B)
Micron-sized bubbles that create contrast for ultrasound medical diagnostics. Current gold standard in contrast-enhanced ultrasound allows ~5 minutes time to perform diagnosis due to loss of bubbles within the harsh human circulatory system. Their innovation increases the circulation time to even 1 hour and allows organ/cell targeting via its surface antibodies, which enable attaching targeting molecules by easy click-chemistry.
- SpraylQ (R2B)
Individualized and accurate administration of advanced wound therapies, including biomaterials, drugs, and cellular therapies. The WoundSprayIQ device aims to change the way advanced therapies are administered.
- Twinbase (R2B)
Platform for managing digital twins to streamline data and product information exchange between different systems and organizations. Twinbase concentrates on high-quality metadata, helping to document, manage, and transfer the data of products and their digital twins.
- Winse Power
Winse Power solves technically critical challenges by delivering energy and data with light. Their optical power link technology delivers energy reliably to places that are hard to power up using conventional solutions.
- Xpyro
Xpyro’s new and innovative fire prevention agents offer a fast, safe and efficient way to prevent wildfires and forest fires. Thanks to it, unforeseen firefighting strategies can be used.
