Startup Legal Services
We are starting a new service where the startups and research projects from our community can talk with a lawyer. In everyday business, you may encounter situations where you need a fast and reliable legal opinion. This advisory service can provide you with support from an experienced lawyer without taking on a major contract.
The lawyer is Jaana Juutilainen's (LL.M and trained on the bench, licensed legal counsel). The call will be transferred to her mobile phone if necessary. She will call back should her phone be occupied and if the number of the caller can be seen.
There is no time limit for advisory service because the service is usually quick in nature. Advisory service does not include drafting agreements or contracts but checking agremeents and other documents is included. Handling actual legal proceedings is outside the scope of advisory service. Should the matter become a subject to a fee, this will be agreed upon separately as well as notified in advance.
Jaana has worked on the legal problems and the agreements of small and medium-sized entreprises for 30 years. She is qualified to foresee the risks and to adopt appropriate procedures.
