Pricing strategies
This workshop on pricing strategies focuses on how startups can develop the right pricing models that align with customer value and business goals.
We will discuss various pricing approaches (e.g. cost-based, value-based and other methods), as well as strategies for testing price levels for innovative/deep tech solutions.
By the end of the session, participants will have clear understanding of how to set, validate and optimise pricing to maximise revenue and growth potential.
