Lean Canvas workshop

"The session focuses on transforming deeptech ideas into crisp, commercial language. You will learn to formulate problem and solution statements that serve as the base for your early sales discovery and customer development work. From there, the workshop guides you on constructing a compelling unique value proposition. Isolating the structural ""unfair advantage"" you hold over existing market alternatives. Because a Lean Canvas is designed to evolve alongside your discoveries, you will discover how to identify targeted early adopter segments to test, refine, and remix these assumptions rapidly.

Key Outcomes:
Participants will leave the workshop with a functional, clear overview of their business architecture: exactly what your company sells, to whom, and the psychological and financial drivers behind why they will pay for it. This single-page map serves as a vital strategic compass for any pre-seed business and forms the essential data baseline for future strategic dialogues with investors and business advisors."
