You will learn what an Advisory Board is, what it does, and how to start and maintain it. The reasons and benefits why a company should apply to become a member of an Advisory Board will also be gone through. NOTE! The course content is a video. Advisory boards serve as your guide in specific challenges and identifying opportunities for your startup.
In this training we will learn advisory board operating model conceptualized by InHunt Boards, it will create you an understanding how to build your own advisory board and/or act as an advisor.
