Go-to-market Strategy Development from A to Z

"A great technology does not automatically create a great market entry strategy. This workshop helps deep tech startups turn complex innovation into a clear, structured and executable go-to-market (GTM) plan.

The workshop is designed for founders and R2B teams that need to make practical decisions about who to target, what value to communicate, which channels to use, how to set pricing and where to focus limited resources.

We will cover:

- Defining the markets and customer segments that are most worth pursuing
- Building an ideal customer profile based on real buying needs and constraints
- Turning technical solutions into clear business value propositions
- Developing positioning and messaging that customers understand and care about
- Selecting the right combination of sales, marketing, partner, and ecosystem channels
- Understanding how pricing choices support your broader GTM strategy
- Using market validation to test and improve your assumptions

You will leave with a practical GTM structure, a clearer set of commercial priorities and a roadmap your team can use to guide market entry, customer development and growth.
