Financial Modeling with Unit Economics

"Every scalable business requires a financial roadmap that translates abstract market size into operational reality. This workshop bridges the gap between your calculated market potential (TAM, SAM, SOM) and an active, data-driven revenue forecast based on realistic sales targets. By establishing this foundational baseline, you will learn how to systematically project operating expenses (OpEx) and structure capital expenditures (CapEx) to map out your startup’s runway.

Once your core costs are structured, the session shifts to validating the viability of your business model through the lens of unit economics. We will explore key efficiency metrics to ensure sales generate sustainable revenues as you scale. Finally, the workshop concludes with a practical introduction to the three pillars of financial reporting: Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statement.

Key Outcomes:
You will leave with a structured, step-by-step understanding of how to build an integrated financial model. You will gain the skills to stress-test your margins via unit economics, accurately forecast future expenditure, and confidently navigate the essential financial statements required to communicate monetary health and to early-stage investors."
