Whether you’re a tech startup ready to implement marketing, part of an R2B program preparing for commercialization, or still shaping an idea, this workshop will help you bridge the gap between marketing theory and practice. You’ll learn core concepts and how to create a tailored marketing playbook to set the stage for your future success.
Here’s a glimpse of what will be covered:
- Strategic Planning for Results
– Convert your business goals into practical marketing actions, both short and long-term, with a focus on how marketing supports commercialization. - Understanding What, Why, How, and Who
– Explore the key framework for marketing strategy, with special attention to the often-overlooked final “W.” - Effective Marketing Channels
– Gain insights on leveraging Owned and Earned Media, which is crucial for those without a marketing budget yet. - Creating a Marketing Budget
– Understand basic budgeting, what things cost, and where to invest—even with limited resources.
Pre-assignment for attendees:
- Identify 2-4 key business targets for the next 6 months and 1 year.
- Think about 1-2 companies trying to solve a similar problem and review their websites.
- Brainstorm your ideal customer, partner, and investor—where do they engage online and offline?
