Join us at the Aalto Creatives Demo Day pitch event in Marsio where pre-incubator teams present their business ideas. This hybrid event showcases inspiring pitches from creative founders and valuable insights from a fireside chat about investment in creative industry startups.
Pre-incubator teams take the stage in Marsio to pitch their business concepts in front of an expert panel. The teams' versatile startup ideas are rooted in design, gaming, music, AI and XR.
In addition to highlighting creative industry innovations, the event delves into the theme of investment in creative industry startups. In the form of a fireside chat event moderator and Post Control's Head of International, Johanna 'Nunnu' Karppinen discusses the topic with FiBAN's COO, Milja Mäkelä, and founder of Jet Set Play, Kai Lin-Veltheim.
In the pitching session, the pre-incubator teams test their pitching skills by delivering three-minute pitches and receive valuable feedback from a jury of experts. The jury of experts are Director Kati Uusi-Rauva from EIT Culture & Creativity North, Business Coach Fredrik Sirén from Metropolia UAS, Finance and Operations Manager Linda Hasi from Innovestor, and business advisor Timo Heikkilä from Aalto Startup Center.
