R2B Pre-Business Incubator: Robust Startup Team Workshop (Day 2, 1-to-1 coaching, 1 hour slot online)

One-to-one online coaching for chosen five R2B teams. Selection will be done based on activity of the 1st day (register from here). Mentoring time 1 hour slot to be agreed separately with the selected teams. Join the 2-day workshop: Robust startup team. Training goals: -Teams have opportunity to become aware of the importance of building the team, take time to think about it and really invest in it -Share perspectives, insights concrete tips and tools -Enable peer-to-peer discussions -Help the teams to pause for a moment and reflect how to improve the success potential of the own team -Help the teams with their specific situations -Support teams to apply learnings in practice along with the everyday work-related duties
