Investors invest into teams’ that can execute the business plan. Make sure you have the right kind of team to do it.

Workshop is open to Aalto Research to Business and Aalto Startup Center portfolio companies.
Join the 2-day workshop: Robust startup team.
Day 1: 29th Nov (for everyone, onsite)
Day 2: 1st Dec (for selected 5 cases, 1-to-1 mentoring 1h slot, online)
Training goals:
-Teams have opportunity to become aware of the importance of building the team, take time to think about it and really invest in it
-Share perspectives, insights concrete tips and tools
-Enable peer-to-peer discussions
-Help the teams to pause for a moment and reflect how to improve the success potential of the own team
-Help the teams with their specific situations
-Support teams to apply learnings in practice along with the everyday work-related duties
This is an Aalto internal workshop and only for our internal community.
Workshop is open to Aalto R2Bs’ and Aalto Startup Center portfolio companies.
Day one of training covers the following topics:
-Important factors when building up the team:
– Academic, investor, customer, startup
– Motivation, chemistry, competences, leadership
-Tools and tips for building up a robust startup team
