Lollet: The complexity of loyalty marketing works towards losing customers:

- Wasted marketing resources;
- Lack of customer feedback;
- Expensive communication.

Lollet: Improving ecology by virtualizing plastic loyalty and gift cards, paper-printed coupons and associated delivery.
