Omnia Makerspace, where ideas become tangible

Aalto Startup Center members can use this space to create, for example, prototypes with 3D machines, or to take professional pictures. At Omnia Makerspace the startups from our different projects have a space to turn their ideas into reality!

Recently, the staff from Aalto Startup Center had the opportunity to learn more about the possibilities that this space can offer. With this post, we want to remind our startup members that they can use that space for free!

About Omnia Makerspace

An open collaborative space provided by Omnia and Aalto University. At its core are digital design and the creation of physical product prototypes, a culture of experimentation, multifaceted projects, and work-based learning, especially for secondary VET students. Makerspace is located at Aalto University’s Otaniemi campus, and it is part of the A Grid startup community.

The possibilities that this space can offer are multiple, having different tools for everything you need: Various kinds of 3D printers, vinyl printer, laser cutter, and even a studio to take pictures or videos.
