Join the workshop: Go-to-Market for Research to Business projects and to ongoing startups.
- Day one (11th June 2024) is a common training day together with all the teams.
-Basics of go-to-market: your value proposition, what you sell, to whom you sell, how to reach the customers, how to price your product/service, how to do your competitor analysis.
-Accelerating your learning to successfully get to the market: strengths and weaknesses of your product/service, understanding the strengths and weaknesses of your team.
-The Big picture of go-to-market strategy and how to manage it.
- Day two (12th June 2024) will be 1-to-1 coaching session 45 minutes for selected 5 teams based on the activity of first-day training and based on the coaching need.
Training goals:
-You’ll master go-to-market basics.
-Your go-to-market strategy will be structured.
-Get hands-on advice how to use ‘lean startup’ and ‘rapid experimentation’ methods.
-Get peer-support and feedback from your colleagues.
