Together with our friend, Startuplifers, in the ecosystem, we want to help our teams understand more thoroughly about recruitment for early-stage startups and practices in real-life. Let’s dip your toe into the 101 of recruitment with Daniela Untersteiner, Head of Talent Acquisition at Startuplifers, a non-profit organization that has matched more than 250 talented individuals with startups in Silicon Valley and beyond, since 2011.
