Workshop is open to Aalto Research to Business and Aalto Startup Center portfolio companies. Join the 2-day workshop: Solution and Innovation Customer Value. How to develop and sell what customer wants. Sales can be an exciting and fun exploration of customers’ minds and worlds, where our mission is to find opportunities to help them fulfill their dreams. At its best, the act of Selling is about having a good dialogue about our ability to help our customers to reach their objectives. Getting a customer to buy is the ultimate validation of your innovations, and it’s value to the customer. Earlier you do it less, and you should do it early and often. This one-day workshop will give you insights and simple, practical tools for creating and capturing customer value with your innovations.  We will discuss critical cornerstones for sales success.  We learn to analyze potential customers to build your compelling sales message and questions. We will also practice how to uncover, develop and capture value during the different phases of your sales cycle. During the day, we will look into: – The value of appreciative dialogue – Strategy & Sales – The concept of customer value – Concrete tools to develop your value proposition and sales dialogue – Developing and using questions in innovation sales – Good listening – The anatomy of a good proposal This is an Aalto internal workshop and only for our internal community. Workshop is open to Aalto R2Bs’ and Aalto Startup Center portfolio companies.
