R2B Pre-Business Incubator is organizing a go-to-market workshop. Target audience is Research to Business cases and startups.
Workshop is open to Aalto Research to Business and Aalto Startup Center portfolio companies.
Join the 2-day workshop: Go-to-Market
-Day one (1st Feb 2023) is a common training day together with all the teams.
-Day two will be followed by a 1-to-1 coaching session (2nd Feb 2023) for selected 5 teams based on the activity of first-day training.
Training goals:
This is an Aalto internal workshop and only for our internal community.
Workshop is open to Aalto R2B and Aalto Startup Center startups from all programs.

Day one of training covers following topics:
-Basics of go-to-market: your value proposition, what you sell, to whom you sell, how to reach the customers, how to price your product/service, how to do your competitor analysis.
-Accelerating your learning to successfully get to the market: strengths and weaknesses of your product/service, understanding the strengths and weaknesses of your team.
-The Big picture of go-to-market strategy and how to manage it.
-You’ll master go-to-market basics.
-Your building of go-to-market strategy will be structured.
-Get hands-on advice how to use ‘lean startup’ and ‘rapid experimentation’ methods.
-Get peer-support and feedback from your colleagues.
