In this session we will walk you through the purpose of a Cap (capitalization) Table, cover the terminology, teach how to use Cap Table in connection with your funding strategies and cover the most common pitfalls and mistakes and early-stage founder can make. You will receive Cap Table (straight equity and convertibles) templates from us that you can save in your data-room and use for your future funding strategy and in communication with your partners, employees (vesting anyone?) and investors.
