In this session we will walk you through the purpose of a Cap (capitalization) Table and term sheet, cover the terminology, teach how to use Cap Table in connection with your funding strategies and cover the most common pitfalls and mistakes and early-stage founder can make.
You will receive Cap Table (straight equity and convertibles) templates from us that you can save in your data-room and use for your future funding strategy and in communication with your partners, employees (vesting anyone?) and investors.
