Design thinking is steadily being integrated at Aalto Startup Center. With the addition of designers from Aalto University a "Design Cafe" has been one of the initiatives to support design learning within startups, research to business (R2B), and Aalto startup Center.
Bohan Sun is a new designer at Aalto Startup Center from November 2020, working in communication and marketing materials, and providing design support for startups.
Darren Bratten is one of the new designers at Aalto Startup Centre and we welcome him to share a few thoughts. His background in design and business development will be helpful to our startups. Darren is excited by the impact of design thinking and its strategic application.
Since February there has been a sudden change of direction for me. I had the feeling of standing at a railway station, where everyone was moving so fast. There was no time to be nervous! I could sense the positive spirit around me once I boarded the Startup Center train.
